Dating Ideas - Even More

June 22nd 2006 00:14
10) Make a date at the zoo – A wander around the zoo can make for a pleasant change of scenery. Almost everyone like animals, a zoo is a safe bet for a more unusual date option. Zoos run plenty of activities to attract visitors, some have nocturnal openings, live shows and offer the chance to touch or hold the animal. Be sure to mimic the animals, goof about and behave like big kids.

11) Go to a day spa – Following the rise of the metrosexual male, guys going to day spas is no longer the taboo, unblokey thing to do. Indeed, the uber male is now expected to take some sort of notice of their personal hygiene and grooming requirements. Several day spas, resorts and beauticians offer partner spa packages. Both can you and your partner can indulge in a massage and personal pampering package at the same time. There is something to be said for both you and your mate to be feeling equally clean, preen and revitalised. It sort of gets you both on the same wavelength. The dual day spa packages can be well on the pricey side compared to other dating ideas. However, when it is time to splash out, such as an anniversary, a shared day at the spa could be a perfect way to feel like royalty and enjoy eachother’s company.

12) Donate some time – For a feel good activity, try jointly donating some time to a worthy cause. For the completely superficial, just think… it is very Brangelina right now. There are many community charities that can always use some volunteer aide and four hands are better than two. Sharing an experience of volunteer work can really help unite you and your partner for a common cause, you’ll both get to share that feeling of really adding to the community. What you donate your efforts to should be mutually agreed upon. Some ideas include environmental work, such as a bush regeneration program; community support, such as a soup kitchen or animal welfare. The choice is yours and the causes are all worthy and needy.
