Celebrity women can provide some of the most entertaining cat fights over celebrity males. The love triangle that has developed between Heather Locklear, Denise Richards and Ritchie Sombora has polarized gossip mag devotees. Now, it is possible to track the public opinion based on devotee garments. Enter Team Heather and Team Denise t shirts. These tees are selling like hotcakes. At first Team Heather was in the lead with store stocks of Team Denise piling up. However, now that Denise has copped a fair slamming from the paparazzi and gossip columns, Sambora has vacated the disaster zone and Denise is looking decidedly anorexic, it appears that public sentiment is shifting back towards Denise. It could also have a lot to do with the horrendous photos of Heather Locklear and Dave Spade in scant beachwear that have recently graced magazine articles.
So where do Denise and Heather stand in the opinion polls? According to Splendora, the authority on fabulousness, Team Heather sits on 704 votes, whilst Team Denise is still dragging the chain on 160 votes. Clearly, Team Denise is in need of some serious back to basics ball work if they are going to have any hope of salvaging the game. Unfortunately, Denise has breached one of the 10 commandments of bosom buddy friendships, “thou shall not covet thy bosom buddy’s ex.” It is probably one of the worst commandments to break as it gains little sympathy from any fellow woman. Infact, it is possibly one of the worst imaginable scenarios any woman could imagine. So how can Team Denise regain some yardage? For a start taking finding a rock to crawl under might be a good start. If anyone saw the Las Vegas PURE nightclub photos of Denise looking like some meth addicted cheap hooker, you’ve got to wonder how the heck she’s even going to hold custody of her own kids let alone come across as a moral, upstanding citizen in the eye of the public.
